I have been on hold over 4 hours total now and no one is fixing the software problem in the current years tax software.

When speaking with them on the phone I was not asked about filing status. I was also quoted $94.00. After getting to my appointment I was asked about dependents and THEN I was told the cost would be $250, because of the extra things I qualify for as a family. I get that, but it seems that those would be appropriate questions to be asking before quoting a price. Very few people will be happy being told $94 and then having to pay $254. it is just bad business, and even worse customer service.
