They suck and very rude they take a lot out of ur return and when u fight for it they ban you go to liberty or some where else these people are a joke and they act like their better then others
Ofelia was a tremendous help and made the tax process simple. we had a huge back tax issue and she guided us through and spent 3 hours helping our family. we are forever grateful! She is impeccable and extremely kind , understanding and detailed oriented.
