I dropped of the documents 10 days before the deadline, and, today, which is the deadline, I learned that they haven't even started it. They should have notified me if they cannot finish the work. They are so irresponsible. Avoid this place.
My taxes I needed done in 2021 with Kyle turned out to be a nightmare. I was never told about owing anything and my taxes also took a lot longer than they should’ve. I get a paper in the mail saying I owe 515 dollars from all these late fees because my school taxes was never turned in which was his responsibility. My husband and I paid over 1,000 something dollars to get our taxes done on top of the insurance which is a complete scam. Met with Jeanette "the old lady" back in November because I was unsure if I filed correctly and owed money or not. I brought all of my documents I had received from the IRS and Jeanette said "This is AI generated and you can ignore it". Since then I received another letter from the IRS saying they were going to put a lien on my property. Will never come to this again the old woman who worked There did my taxes I was supposed to get 8k back an ended up having to pay 220 an get only 140 back moved to Texas an had the whole ordeal fixed an got my 9K back from what she messed up I won’t ever trust this place you be careful people
