Chris was extremely helpful for getting our taxes done this year. We had a few issues this year and he handled them expertly. He’s also extremely friendly, I highly recommend seeing him for your taxes. We’ve also dealt with Rita at this location. She is also very good and very friendly. Overall I highly recommend this place, they are both excellent!
Great service, BUT.. the price is outrageous!! I can get my taxes done for $350 cheaper somewhere else. They don't tell you the cost of doing your taxes until the end, when they've completed everything. I feel ripped off! I wish I had my money back and could've gone somewhere else. I won't be coming back.
A complete joke of a tax business. I had to retain a lawyer after their agent screwed up my return
It took 27 days for my tax file to be completed. 7 days just to get a response from my tax advisor after reaching out through the messenger app, and calling the branch 3 times over 2 days (they don't answer). They also don't let you know that your taxes are done and just let you figure out on your own that the file is ready to be signed.
Terrible service they lose my file they don’t have any idea about where is my file
