I have always filed my own taxes but for the 2022 tax year, I had gotten married, purchased a house, and received stock options through my employer so I decided to seek a pro since my tax filing would be more complicated. As good as it gets
Over 35 days with no update. My emails were ignored. I expected basic communication and respect, unfortunately, I did not get that. I do not recommend HR for nonresident aliens and university faculty members.
Had to mail paperwork 3 times due to their mistakes last year. Went to office last Wednesday (on the one day a week they are open) asked for Donna (who was supposedly in traing that day) to get ahold of me to schedule an appointment to file this year. Waited a week and no call. They dont want business and are not professional at all. And the prices are quite high for simple filing. They lost another customer as I wont go back.
