NEVER USE H&R Block. Especially the 1199 Texas Palmyra Hwy Honesdale PA 18431 locations. HR Block Customer Service told me today 9/18/25 that they are a franchise and not an actual HR Block company. I don’t know how that is possible. But Customer Support said that they follow their own rules and don’t have to issue refunds. My taxes were not filed correctly or even completed for 2024 at the Glenside PA Office. This caused major issues with the IRS that I wasn't made aware of till 9/2/25. absolutely horrible tax service this place didn't give us any type of tax credit never sat down with us to do them or go over them and ever time I go to them we loose thousands we got back almost 3000 last year with a different company and this year we had to pay 1800. this place is a joke and doesn't know what they are doing and are not knowledgeable at all I will never return here again and if you want the most out of your taxes I suggest not going here. we also filed an extension and they never sent it in it seems because... read more
