I had my taxes done by a preparer here that was an enrolled agent. The preparer could not answer simple questions about whether my pension would be taxable she also could not answer questions about credits that I may be eligible for.She also told me I was not eligible for a tax credit and I later found out I am eligible for it. I have a very simple return and it cost a fortune. I would NOT go here! I called customer service to share my experience and the agent was useless. H&R Block does not care about their customers.

My Tax Preparer Mugdha was awesome. Explained everything and a great personality to boot. Appt was quick and she was VERY efficient. Highly recommend. *****My only gripe with HR Block and almost ALL tax Preparers is they can NEVER give you an accurate price beforehand. Even when you tell them specifically what you have. This is an issue for all of them it seems. They Try to justify why but it makes no sense, especially when you (as the customer) can tell them what you are bringing and claiming etc. Thus my 4 star rating inst... read more
