Sheduled an appointment online 1 day before, showed up 20 mins before appointment. While waiting I watched the receptionist schedule a walk-in appointment with the same person I was to meet, afterwards the employee came out of her office to advise me that it would be 20-30 minutes before she could meet with me & she called me by someone else’s name - not the type of professionalism I need when working on my taxes. I got up & walked out.
