We filed feb 6 2019 they messed our taxes up by 3000 dollars and also charged us $289.00 for filing! It’s now April 9 and still nothing! The best the manager said she could do was give us a whopping $50.00 back of the filing fee!! : this is the one in Corydon Indiana! We’ll be doing them ourselves from now on!!
have went to Them for ,over 10 years last year they filed my county tax twice which cause us to have to owe back this year not knowing until after we had filed this year.. They don't back their customers would not recommend them at all after the price you pay to use their services.. Will not go back after being a repeated customer for 13+ years...
They cannot be trusted. They accidentlŷ left off part of my income, which was my SSD. Results, 3 mos later got a bill from IRS for 6500! Did H&R cover it? No, was told that I should have taken additional insurance! I had all W2s stapled to all my receipts. I can understand they are human, but the entire reason I went there was because they advertised how they stand behind their clients. I'm proof that's a lìe !
I filed my taxes in early April. They were signed and I paid in cash for my return. It was over 600.00. H and r block did not send my taxes to the Feds or the state. After 30 days I started checking on things. I found they had them sitting in the system and they had not sent them in. they sent them in after I complained and I was to be paid on June 1 for federal.
