My preparer had NO CLUE what she was doing. She told me I was getting back $1200 with no earned income. She said she had no earned income. Then when I told her I did have earned income she said she had no record, then she found it and said the state refund hadn’t changed. The store in Rhinelander they have people doing taxes that don't even know how to do them and the mess up your taxes and screw you over on them. The person who did my taxes at this store is matt oliver
Unprofessional staff, use to be on time, no Longer the case, we left and let the person know how disappointed we are with HR Block
Crazy how still have to pay full price of 452 dollars to have my taxes done here when the tax PRO messed them up due to lack of communication with the customer on all ends. Go to your small town tax person youll only pay like 150 dollara and itll be done right the first time
