The store in Rhinelander they have people doing taxes that don't even know how to do them and the mess up your taxes and screw you over on them. The person who did my taxes at this store is matt oliver
Unprofessional staff, use to be on time, no Longer the case, we left and let the person know how disappointed we are with HR Block
Crazy how still have to pay full price of 452 dollars to have my taxes done here when the tax PRO messed them up due to lack of communication with the customer on all ends. Go to your small town tax person youll only pay like 150 dollara and itll be done right the first time
Worst service iv had at H&R Block. This location is very unprofessional. Every time I asked a question, I got a response as if I was dumb. The individual messed up our taxes and took forever to submit them. Also the tax professional smelled like I had a cigarette an inch away from my nose. A little advice, pick a different location or find someone else to do your taxes. Don’t take the chance at this location.
This has been the worst service I’ve ever had from any business. They never communicated with me about the status of my taxes over a 5 week period. Every time I called I got a different excuse as to what was happening with my taxes. Definitely in need of some new leadership in that office.
