The service at the H&R Block was awful. I came into H&R Block to ask a few a question and they did answer 1 or 2 but after the 3rd question they got irritated , and treaded us awful. I tried to make an appointment and mid way through our conversation she got irritated and hung up on me. I would never recommend this place, especially if you’re young and don’t know much about taxes.

I called many many times for clarification on my refunds. I left messages on MYBLOCK, voicemails, etc. Once, she got back to me and said they would look into it. Never heard back. I FINALLY, got a hold of someone and they said my tax pro didn't work there anymore. I paid over 400 hundred dollars for a service that I could have done myself. She proceeded to be very rude to me, then called me back at 8:30 p.m. when my family was sleeping
