Normally I wouldn’t bother with something so trivial but all I am trying to do is have my name taken off there call list. After an exhausting slog through there IVR system the rep actively refused to take my number off the call list. It was a simple request but I suppose that’s to much to ask

Would give negative stars if I could. I booked online where it stated it was $89 for federal taxes and more ($?) to file state taxes. I had a 2:30 appointment wasn’t seen until 2:45 which happens I understand. I had told the women this was my first time filling taxes since my dad who is a certified financial planner usually does them for me. I think this is where she knew she could take advantage of the fact that I didn’t know how much this usually costs. I was then there for over an hour and a half. STAY AWAY FROM THIS Place!!! PREDATORY FEE PROCEDURES! They file the return THEN tell you the fee! MGR Roberta Cleary was told by her preparer ( Veronica) that this in fact happened and did NOTHING but gaslight my daughter for not reading some sign somewhere. SHAME ON THEM! $290 for Fed and state return w a one entry SCH D BEWARE!
