Overall experience was terrible I tried to call the 19th Ave North office in Fargo with no answer several times, when I went to file my taxes the tax agent seemed distracted with other things that were going on in the office that day instead of being more attentive to helping me file my taxes. And now I am trying to figure out what the status of my tax return is and nobody can help me it’s like I didn’t even file with them. Very frustrating experience will certainly not use them again.
