Not the best experience here. Scheduled an appointment for 4/9 which is cutting it a little close, I know, but I had a pretty straightforward tax situation (almost filed them myself but just wanted a second set of eyes). I get there and the lady who was assigned to do my taxes asked if I set up my profile. I told her I did and uploaded all of my tax documents prior to my appointment as well. I had Susan Brodauf complete my taxes and was so surprised at how efficient and seamless the process was!! I file as an independent contractor and she helped me immensely with write offs and such in order to save me as much as possible. :)

My taxes were completed and my Federal tax refund was submitted electronically by Susan Brodauf. After waiting over a month and not receiving my refund I contacted IRS and was told my taxes were sent to my old address of seven months prior and three hours away from my current address. She had to file the info on my previous home sale so she knew I didn’t live there! We had discussions about moving to the area but she still had my mailing address wrong.
