Horrible experience from beginning to end. Paid $280 4/12/25 & my simple tax return has not be filed yet. They are unprofessional, have attitude, disrespectful & cannot resolve issues. WILL NOT EVER USE H & R BLOCK again! Filing complaints with everyone!
I’d recommend them to others. They made my process go smooth and fast. The representative who assisted me was very professional and kind.
H&R Block has prepared my taxes for years and I will not use anyone else!!!
