I don’t think the representative who answered the phone understood my situation nor did she take the time to try to understand. She was short and rude. Basically, she said she was not able to help me and wished me the best. I had already talked to another H&R Block location, who walked me through the process but did not have availability. Because I was using the app, she said any office location could help me. NOT THIS ONE!
I filed my 2024 tax here. The tax agent is professional and communicative, he helped me to get tax return from both IRS and Health Market; Besides, he articulated H&R's new digital service briefly and clearly
