I recommend H&R, just not this one! Our appointment was changed from 3pm to 4pm... then we get called saying we can come early. We show up at 3:45 only to have to wait until 4:45... and its not even with who the appointment was scheduled with. The lady we got obviously didnt know what she was doing. we are going for a 2nd opinion tomorrow to prove so.
