RUN: they screwed up my taxes last year and upcharged. They are zero help after stealing your money. Stay away from this company
Experienced very poor service. The person handling my case just left suddenly. Case was left dangling for 4 weeks wasting our time. Did not even notify us. I would Avoid this firm like the plague . Promised to call you back but never did call back. Some staff here appears friendly but in reality are irreponsible and sloppy. Some works part-time and you cannot reach them by email or phone when you needed them the most All the good reviews here are probably fake from a long time ago
