Tax preparer is very professional as well as friendly. Ask for Rimple, she's the best. I go to her every year.
No one is following up with me regarding a penalty that I received because the person who filed my taxes made an error. This cost me over $200.00. I have tried to reach staff and have left numerous messages. I will never use H&R Block again and I will advise others to do the same.
The team was very friendly and extremely helpful.
