This was the worst experience EVER doing taxes! First time filing with H&R Block & I was charged over $400 to file & when i told the rep ANNA DESAI that i would think about it she litterally told me "You wasted my time and you're not even going to file" I was like EXCUSE MEE!! So unprofessional and rude! People dont come here, this place is a joke!
