I called to inquire about their services and fees. My tax man after 20 years passed away. JoeAnna picked up the phone and was very patient with my questions. She was extremely kind, courteous and helpful. I was able to get in the same day and arrived for my 2:00 appointment. Lelanie greeted me and was my Tax Specialist.
