UPDATE**** The claim was actually denied after this... and when I called the branch to discuss they set me up with someone to do my taxes who comes in blind. They are nice but they are no help..... Seems impossible to get to leadership who needs to correct this mistake. Awful experience. Don't go here!!!! Did my taxes here for years until finding out my 2024 tax return was being held by the IRS because this HRBlock never filed my 2019 taxes! Caroline Blew always does a nice job. I haven’t really had any issues. She does her best to make sure everything is done right.
I have to tell you the Kai helped more than anybody else has ever helped me with my taxes he Showed me things I could do to prevent having to pay so much taxes in 2025. He took the time to help me and unfortunately in 2024 he had to listen to me to fall Apart. Thank you so much, Kai for all of your guidance. You are amazing. Highly recommend Kai at Burlington H&R Block.
Awful experience. Don't go here!!!! Did my taxes here for years until finding out my 2024 tax return was being held by the IRS because this HRBlock never filed my 2019 taxes! Now I had to pay the IRS an extra $2500 in late fees back in September and this HRBlock won't get back to me about where my reimbursement is because luckily I paid for the insurance in 2019.
Messed up my taxes ! Do not go there. Customer service is a joke.
