Excellent customer service at both Burlington & Malden Ma locations.
The service was mediocre & I was overcharged. Next time I will definitely go back to the free or low cost services offered (College or AARP).
Excellent experience from the appointment scheduling process to tax completion. This office called me immediately, well in advance of my tax appointment, to let me know there was a scheduling issue with the time I had originally chosen and set me up with a new appointment. My tax professional, Ranjan Sinha , was so intelligent, speedy, kind and compassionate. I will gladly return next year to work with him for my small business taxes. It was a very smooth, easy process!
