Horrible Service And I've Not Yet Even Filed! I initially called and scheduled an appointment to which to preferred to be virtual. The gentleman I spoke with said he would send me a link in order for me to submit my documents and I would then be contacted for an appointment. I never received the link so I called back a few days later to ask if could be resent and no answer I called 13 times no one answered. I then called from another phone, they answer.
