Hands down worst experience I have ever had. I would not send my worst enemy me. Ms. May that works at this location cost me over $2,000 because she filed my taxes wrong not once but twice! She also never offered me what ever they call “peace of mind protection” and rushed me through signing my paperwork because she had another call, but conveniently covered my filing fees to cover up what she did incorrectly I have several complaints in to corporate and it has gotten me no where. If you are a 1099 gig work or have any taxes to file beyond standard W2 RUN FOR THE HILLS. I went through two online tax specialists for a full month before I had to go in-person...not by choice, but because I was not told that my assigned tax specialists had dropped my case without any notice. Once I got in, I didn't get any guidance or advice. Judy did a fabulous and accurate job in about 30minutes! She was quite knowledgeable and efficient! The manager made her charge me $259, so the only negative was that. Originally, Judy quoted me about $59. That manager is not flexible about rates at all! Get a new manager!
