They guided me throughout the process, and were excellent in communicating back whenever I had questions. I reached out asking for help not just with reinstating my business, but also with maintaining compliance and avoiding future issues. I clearly requested a meeting to discuss next steps and establish a working relationship. Instead, I received a dismissive, one line response confirming reinstatement and ignoring everything else I asked. If you’re looking for a CPA who listens, engages, and supports you beyond the bare minimum, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

I reached out to this firm for help filing my taxes late. No response. I followed up two days later and finally got an email telling me to call the office. I’ve been calling every day for three days straight—morning, afternoon, different times—nobody ever answers. No voicemail, no call back, nothing. If this is how they handle something as time-sensitive as taxes, I can’t imagine trusting them with anything more. Completely unprofessional and honestly a waste of time.
