Excellent service, they were not pushy at all, although we had to wait quite a while for delivery. When we did receive the 3 piece suite, the guys helped to remove our old suite with difficulty, when they didn’t need to!! Love our new Lazy boy, very comfortable and a very competitive price.
Probably the worst after sales experience I have ever encountered. The owner lied though his teeth so no to give a refund. Even though he said he could if he wanted but because had to order in a rug because it wasn't in stock, I had messed him about and would only give me a credit note. I strongly recommend that you are going to keep the items you buy as returning items could be a problem. Be warned ⚠️.
We have bought our new sofa and occasional chairs from HQ. The service and attention to detail, are second to none. HQ loned us a sofa while ours was delivered, the owner helped us with further styling ideas and colour schemes. Can not recommend these people and Company highly enough.
