Our appointed solicitor, Daniel Heirene, had been open, responsive and very helpful. Was very understanding with the family member that required extra support with disabilities. I knocked 1 star off for a moment of miscommunication, but Daniel had remained professional and polite throughout.
Expensive, slow, lack empathy, made several mistakes and then tried charging me for their time to correct their mistakes.
They know what they did and didn't do! They will probably respond by saying " I wasn't a client " which is true. I sat by my friend who was treated in the most disrespectful and disgusting way over many months. Worst, it was Jayne, a senior partner!! No, we haven't forgotten just how bad you were. Nor will we ever forget the worst experience we have ever experienced with a supposed reputable company. O stars!
