After being at 5C with amazing services, my uncle was sent to the 4th floor. I must also say that the employees, the service, the courtesy, the efficiency on the 4th floor was amazing. The staff should also be commended for doing an amazing job. He is leaving for Bruyère and I will miss the staff at this hospital. Thank you best hospital in Ottawa.
There is only one(1) doctor in the hospital right now. I have been here since 4:30 PM (it is now 10:44 PM). The nurse said I might have to spend the night if I want to see the doctor. I am experiencing severe chest-back pain, which limits my movement. Currently, I am on antibiotics and a needle. Earlier today, I tried to see my family doctor but found out the clinic was closed. Wait time in the ER is too long!!
I had a very good experience at Montfort. While slicing potatoes to make air fryer french fries, I inadvertently hit my thumb and had a deep laceration. After calling 811, I was instructed to go to the emergency room for assessment. The receptionist was courteous and helpful. I only had to wait a few minutes in the waiting room before seeing a triage nurse (I think her name was Laurence).
