I was there last week as an outpatient and received great care. Everything was done in a timely fashion. The staff were very friendly and very efficient. Dr. Landry was great (loved his positive attitude and humour), Dr. Jolicoeur was very pleasant and explained the possible issues regarding the procedure. I dealt with Natasha and Chantal in the recovery room and they were also very polite and caring. Everything went smoothly. Keep up the good work!
Try booking for any diagnostic. I dare you. I've been waiting for months to book an ultrasound and no news yet. Incroyabe.
There is only one(1) doctor in the hospital right now. I have been here since 4:30 PM (it is now 10:44 PM). The nurse said I might have to spend the night if I want to see the doctor. I am experiencing severe chest-back pain, which limits my movement due to nerve damages. Currently, I am on antibiotics and a needle. Earlier today, I tried to see my family doctor but found out the clinic was closed. I then attempted to visit a paid walk-in clinic, but they were no longer accepting patients for the day. From the moment I stepped foot into the hospital it was. very good experience. From the Nice gentleman nurse who triaged me to the wonderful staff in Observation (especially nurse Anji) She is so kind and caring. countless Dr's that attended to me. The waiting area for a bed upstairs staff are ever so kind there as well. once I got up to 4th A side the professionalism that came from all the caring staff was astronomical. No other hospital ever saw repeat visits like this — we had no idea what was going on or why. Then we went to CHEO. At first, even CHEO couldn’t figure it out. But on the second night, they finally asked for more details. That’s when they realized it was the suction cup — it had been damaging the skin under the head, and the liver couldn’t handle the extent of the trauma. Honestly, I would avoid this hospital at all costs. Our experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. The HELL HOLE OF OTTAWA
