I honestly don’t even know what it’s like there because I’ve been trying for a solid two weeks to get a phone call through to book my appointment. Just sat for 45 minutes on hold when I literally called them back 16 seconds after they called me and hung up. Never got through. S

The 6th floor staff there gets annoyed if you need them "often" makes the patient feel Really bad asking for help when needed?? They almost tell the patient to Foff and you can see it when they feel annoyed with you! At times thet also speak in there own language?? The other floors are good! :)

I almost died here. Had simple surgery, woke up in horrible pain, told head nurse (people around were calling her Natalie or Nathalie, older lady,french) and she told me to "suck it up", did not want to help me at all to get dressed, ignored me completely ...and I'm quiet person, don't like any drama. She was yelling on staff around. Sent me home with tears rolling down cause pain was horrible.
