Just terrible
I would like to write a better review but as my parent is discharged after a 2 month stay, the care recieved could use improvements. Incontinence is hard for someone not used to it and the treatment for changing a woman's accidents by male staff was met with less than empathetic behavior. Shaming someone who is sick and having such accidents is unacceptable. Also waiting over a week for bathing is also unacceptable. I went to the ER because I had an episode and stabbed myself in the hand. I wanted help so I got moved to the Mental Health ER and they had me wait overnight just to speak to psychiatry students. At one point, I wanted to leave and they did not let me when I literally came in voluntarily. Eventually, I spoke to two psychiatry students and neither of them took me seriously.
