If you bank at Hoyne Savings Bank be aware. They have up my mortgage by 570 starting Jan2024 when they are holding over almost $10k in my escrow account. It’s outrageous that they keep that much money on the escrow account. They screwed up everyone’s escrow accounts and you should really review your account if you have it with them. They told me 3 weeks ago that I can withdraw the whole amount on my escrow and that I can pay my personal property taxes directly to the county and pay my home owners insurance directly to my ins... read more
