Great customer service helped me a lot in setting up a new account.
I would not recommend this bank to anyone due to a lack of customer service. I used their ATM, but wanted different bills, so I asked to exchange the 20's for 100's and I was told no. This is unfortunate because I was willing to open a new account with them, but because they refused to provide service after I used their ATM, they just missed out on a new customer. This sucks because I just moved to the neighborhood, this is the closest bank, and my experience today was not a positive one so I will not be going back.
Excellent place to keep your money. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. We have been banking here since 1987 and will continue to use them.
