Went to watch cricket in the Caribbean with Howzat and they were superb. The merchandise was top class (backpack, polo shirt, floppy hat and badge), the itinerary information was easy to understand and very comprehensive, the optional tours were good value and our tour manager, David, organised everything with military precision. We had a lovely evening at the Barbados Yacht club, where were were treated to a sportsmans dinner (barbecue, rum punch/wine/beer) with Joel Garner as guest speaker. Paid £800 for 2 nights for 2 people in Kolkata plus 2 tickets for England v Pakistan game. Seats were the worst in the ground with a face value of £8 each. Hotel room is generally available at £130 a night. So roughly 190% markup. Poor value.
Terrible value. Overpriced hotel and cheapest/worst tickets available for World Cup match in Mumbai. No added value whatsoever and very poor service.
Well organised, and guides always available when help is needed. Very enjoyable
