I do not think you can guarantee 100%; neat and tidy, resourceful, and reliable help. This is the goal. The burden to me is training and teaching, I have to show newcomers the layout of my home. One out of Five make me Happy. The others I still have to work with over time for Health and Safety.
Both my husband and I are so grateful for Abernathy Home Care Services!.. Bonais and Wanda are PCA's that have been helping us and we are so delighted with both of them!.. They are kind, respectful, thoughtful and do an amazing job at helping both my husband and I, from cooking to cleaning and bathing! I can’t tell you what great customer service Abernathy has to offer me. They provide great professional PCA care and I trust them implicitly with my mom‘s care. Daniela is fantastic. She’s in the scheduling department. I would not know what to do without her. She’s polite, professional,and just wonderful to work with five stars for her… Thank you so much.
I would like to take a moment to share with all that read this the following. I had brought them as to care for mother 24 hours around the clock. What I found was that the care that each person showed to my mother was at the upmost professionalism. Anytime my mother was looking for any help the girls were by her side with any needs she wanted.
