Our experience with Abernathy was fantastic! They set up care for my mom in a matter of hours when she was being discharged from rehab back home, and it was such a relief to put a plan in place so quickly. Both the scheduling and clinical teams were communicative and proactive - so much so that when my mom when into rehab a second time, we knew exactly whom to call. I would recommend Abernathy without reservation.
