It is really disappointing posting a one star review for Howland Hess Birnbaum. They have been a first call on any legal issue for my family for decades and it has always been a positive experience. Unfortunately it looks like that has changed. I engaged with HHB recently and had a consultation with Dennis who provided some next steps and dates for follow-up. I never heard back even with a few follow-ups on my end. Even an email to the two senior partners has gone unanswered. Disappointing to see this place going downhill.
My wife and I used David Birnbaum to update our wills. We were impressed with the entire process. The legal advice, expertise, and service we received were second to none. Thank you David, Erin and Lindsay for making it so seamless and painless.
Mr Birnbaum and his staff were very helpful. I acquired his services in January for a family estate matter. Fee was reasonable and his team worked diligently to get me results quick and painlessly. I was 8 mths pregnant and Mr Birnbaum really handled everything for me with great ease. It took a lot of weight off my shoulders . I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of quick handling at a reasonable price .
