We have had good luck with this company in the past, but we recently had them out to our house to check on a toilet pump that was going bad. We then called 4x over the next 2 months to find out the repair plan. Each time we were told the technician would call back and they never did. Finally, I got ahold of them and they said they weren't going to do it because it was a system that they didn't want to work with because the pumps can fail.
