I found myself in Bayfield with a few days to kill and visited Howl out of curiosity. One cappuccino later, I left with a couple of maps and fantastic advice on some day hikes and mixed surface riding in the area. The shop space is warm and inviting. If I'd had a mechanical, this would have been the place to go, too! Next visit, I intend to rent a fat bike -- they have several -- and explore some of the groomed fat bike trails. The brewery next door is good, too. Definitely worth a visit if you're in town.
We rented E-bikes for the whole day! The staff were very friendly and helpful. If your looking for a bike rental place I would for sure recommend Howl Adventure Center!

Howl made our trip to Bayfield amazing! We went to Bayfield in hopes of mountain biking, and Howl was so good to us. They tuned up our bikes, fixed a couple small issues we had, gave some really good maintenance advice, and then we got to have tasty beverages and chill in some hammocks and do a little bit of shopping. The employees were kind, patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. The brewery in the back is a gem! The prices for service were very fair. I cannot wait to go back. Thanks Howl!
