Unfortunately shut been very good to me over the years
They have had my high end microwave since February of 2020 for a repair. It was supposed to be done in a "week or 2" Was told they located the issue and the part was ordered. Haven't heard anything since and haven't been able to reach them in months. Drove by their retail location and it is empty. Have heard they are still operating out of their home. If anyone knows how to reach them I would love to get my microwave back. Do NOT recommend using them or dropping anything off. I'm hoping my microwave isn't just gone at this p... read more
