Horrible customer service. I asked about getting tax help. They where very rude, didn't want to talk to me, and hung up on me. .
Worst racist accountant ever. I was referred to howell international tax from my business partner( who is white) to take care of my business taxes. Before we met, we had good conversations over the phone and set up a date to meet. As soon as we met( as he realised Im a young black man) everything changed.
