Bought a bedroom set beginning of 2021. In late 2022 I noticed plastic pieces near the dresser. Then I started seeing ball bearings. I went to the store and was told its probably the slider rails that the drawers slide in and out on. I didnt get the protection plan so there was nothing they could do. Bought a recliner love seat in May 2024. Have had issues with it since it was delivered. Called for service. They came out and said the showroom floor one had the same issues. It did not as thats why I selected it. One side you lean over all the way to the arm of the chair. Same side hard to put foot part down. They came out and put extra cushion to help the leaning. Recliner not the quality I expected from Howell Furniture. The warranty is a joke. Came out promptly and had to ordered parts. Been over a month and called to check on parts. Phone disconnects while on hold. Left word and will not call back. I don’t even know if parts are available. Tried to talk to people at Howell’s and they referred me back to warranty company. Have a chair unable to use.
We purchased two couches, coffee table and end table in June 2022 from the Beaumont Howell's. Our experience was great from the salesperson (******) to the delivery guys. March 2022 we went purchased a mattress with an lift bed frame base. ****** was not there and worked with another salesperson (******). Really Disappointing Service!! I have been wanting a new bedroom set for awhile now and finally made up my mind to purchase set. I visited Beaumont store and my exciting day was quickly ruined by horrible customer service. My Salesperson was very unprofessional and treated me as if I was wasting her time. When I asked about price matching and financing she proceeded to roll her eyes and get really frustrated. Lied to about mattress paid $1199. +150. For mattress pad guaranteed if had problem get another. Howell want to refurbish. In 4 yrs spent 7000$ no more. Lost a customer.

It appears that the customer is confusing two different issues. The mattress protector is to protect against any stains that could occur. In the event the mattress is stained as a result of the mattress protector failing then that could trigger a mattress replacement. The customer's issues is a breakdown in the construction of the mattress which falls under the manufacturer warranty. We inspected and indeed found that there was evidence of failed construction. Do not waste your money buying the warranty here. I have been waiting for 11 weeks for a repair. Wrong parts were sent and one part not sent at all. The technician even left tge huge box with the wrong part sitting in my living room. Still waiting for replacements.
