Recliner not the quality I expected from Howell Furniture. The warranty is a joke. Came out promptly and had to ordered parts. Been over a month and called to check on parts. Phone disconnects while on hold. Left word and will not call back. I don’t even know if parts are available. Tried to talk to people at Howell’s and they referred me back to warranty company. Have a chair unable to use.
