Called to get some help with a case. Service was very nice and pleasant, unfortunately I have to contact a different type of lawyer for my case but they were very resourceful and pointed me in the right direction. Would have gone with them otherwise

There is little to no communication. A few months ago…. After two months, I reached out for an update. As of today, it’s been almost two MORE months since I spoke to my case manager. There is no empathy, care nor concern. And, I do not recall ever speaking to an attorney. Currently, I am researching to find another attorney. This time, I plan to get it right. Under no circumstances would I recommend this law firm.
