I had a great experience working with Kristen and Nathalie after my auto accident. They were both very professional, helpful, and responsive throughout the process. Whenever I had questions or needed an update, they made sure to get back to me in a timely manner and kept me informed. I really appreciated how easy they made the process and how well they treated me as a client. I would definitely recommend Kristen and Nathalie.

Update 5/2026: My issue was the case manger. I was assigned a new one, Raquel Dixon, and it has been a completely different experience! She went into action immediately. And, she has answered any and all questions promptly. Original 2/2026: There is little to no communication. A few months ago…. After two months, I reached out for an update. As of today, it’s been almost two MORE months since I spoke to my case manager. There is no empathy, care nor concern. And, I do not recall ever speaking to an attorney.
