I visited a few family graves today. I was pleased to see how clean and maintained the whole cemetery appeared. All of the headstones that I visited and walked by were clean, and the grounds were free of debris. There had been a dead tree stump near my mother's grave for years and it has been removed. Additionally, I was happy to see the grounds people working on maintaining the sprinkler system. I was at peace knowing that someone cared enough to maintain my loved ones final resting place. Grieving families deserve patience, respect, and understanding—not sales tactics. Our experience with Cashner was disappointing and added unnecessary stress during an already painful time. Less than 24 hours after my father passed, the representative began a fast-paced sales presentation while our family was still in shock and barely able to process the loss. This is the second time in 2025 that I have dealt with this company. The first time was for a cremation of my aunt that ended up costing nearly $1000 more using their services and one of my other family members had paid. If I could give this a '0' rating, I would! Every time I go to my dad's grave, I have to clean it off. With it being Memorial Day weekend, this is how his grave was left. It's always like this - makes me sick to my stomach!! I'm so close to showing this photo to one of the news stations here in the Miami Valley area. Something needs to be done!!!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Brittaney Branch the funeral director was to work with regarding my mother’s service. All of their staff are very courteous. Their receptionists, Aimee and Pastor Nathan Tucker. Everything well organized. I did not have to worry about any of the planning. Brittaney had all the answers. Really appreciate everything they did for my family. ❤️

I have deep appreciation for Cheryl Bowles of Westlawn-Hillcrest cemetery. I live out of state but wanted to place the urns of my parents in Omaha. From my first contact with Cheryl, she offered sympathy, care, advice and options. She made the entire process easier for my family. I highly recommend Bernstein Funeral home. They handled every detail of my mother's funeral with kindness and respect. Clif Mullis, in particular, was a huge comfort and help during this process. I cannot say enough about what a tremendous help he was during this difficult time.
