RecommendedI can't keep my husband out of Howard's Pawn! We love going there and always end up with a great deal. All the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable.
BRAND NEW GUN WOULDN’T FIRE Manager wasn’t very concerned with me not having adequate protection. They shot it themselves and it did the same thing. Just offered to buy back for $125 take it or leave it. Customer service = caring! Go somewhere else. 😊
Business response:
The gun was brought back four months after being purchased new. The gun showed signs of wear as seen in the pictures. We offered to send the gun back to Ruger at our expense for a full factory repair. In a case like this there is no way we can sell this gun as new again, so we tried to get Mrs.Lowe to let us get it repaired so that she would not lose any money. Since she did not want to wait on it to get repaired, the only option for us was to purchase it as a used gun. We want our customers to be happy with any gun they buy... read more
