Just don't shop here I would recommend staying away from Howard's Market in Boca Raton. If you must shop here then make sure you get what you pay for. I pre-ordered 2 first-cut briskets. They were wrapped and sealed when I picked them up. I opened them on Thanksgiving to prepare and found that the 4+ pounds (each) that I paid for were really more like 3 lbs because there was so much fat on top and in the middle.
