My experience at Howard's Furniture Company, Inc in Smyrna, GA was disturbing to say the least. I went in to purchase a full size mattress and was given a queen size mattress from the show room floor. No one was there to help me load it into my car when I got it to my car I noticed the showroom mattress was a queen not a full. Again I had no one to help me load it.
