I purchased a large sectional with recliners less then a year ago (spent over 2k in May 2024). About 2 months ago I noticed the couch was not holding up very well and contacted the store. They came out took pictures and told me they would get back to me. Even with a manufacturer warranty still in play , I was told 'this is considered normal wear and tear and you will need to use your extended warranty you purchased."
