Very rude warehouse I called earlier to shipping office when I I’m Ogden ut today they said we will charge you $250 if you late by 4:30 I said ok any favor I’m truck driver they said no I reach there 4:30 pm exact time I park on my truck on scale and called them she said it’s 4:32 no we can’t load you this literally disrespect for truckers they not understand while on the road they hard work even they close 5 pm on google
The woman at the shipping office has a terrible attitude; I was personally overweight, and when I tried to explain the situation, she refused to listen to any explanations. The Department of Transportation should sanction companies like this that abuse carriers. Drivers shouldn't pick up loads from these abusive companies.
Arrive at 830am. Appointment at 900am. Paperwork in hand by 10am. They load heavy, of course. 78980 gross.
Came here first leaving last dont you just love that. Avoid..
