Not the best experience, but he finally fixed it two weeks later by replacing our fridge that did not work when we purchased it.
If you want an honest repair man, Howard Word is your man. My family has used him twice for refrigerator repair. He was able to repair my daughter fridge at a very reasonable price. He wasn't able to repair mine due to compressor damage that wasn't cost effective. Mr Word was upfront about the cost of repairs vs a new fridge. I appreciate his honesty. I highly recommend Howard & Son for anyone needing appliance repair.
