While I initially had an issue, Howard Lumber resolved it to my satisfaction and I am unable to remove the bad review, so I am adding a new review indicating my satisfaction with the resolution.
We are a local business and have tried to order material from here as it is close to our warehouse location. The customer service I received was terrible. My salesman Kurt told me he would have materials dropped on a certain date and when the driver showed up, much of the wood was in unacceptable condition. I spoke with the driver and he called the salesman and told me that they could have it out the very next day at 8am. I asked him if he was sure as the materials would be needed for construction the next day, he said it ... read more
