We decided to replace the sectional and recliner we bought @ Howard Lorton in 2000. We wanted this purchase to be of consistent quality so we returned to the store in March of 2024 and our consultant (Rob Osgard) from 2000 was still with HL. After listening to our desires, he produced a hand drawn rendering of the pieces. The old woman with an accent, dark glasses and short hair was very rude, disrespectful, and judgmental. She asked me what I needed and every time I tried to talk she would interrupt me immediately, I couldn't get in a word. The first time she did it she looked me up and down with a clear captious look on her face, evidently not wanting to help me. Nice selection of recliners to choose from. Rima offered really helpful designing suggestions.
