If I could 0 stars I would. I have had a pending case for 3+ years. I paid the entire fee upfront seeing as how I got a callback same day . Since then, I have called almost 1-2x a month request for callback to discuss the case , update, etc. Each time, I am being told a message has been sent and that they will give me a callback once they are out of court for the day. I am writing this review to see if I can get a call and speedy trial request before following up with CAP, following a bar complaint, refund request, etc.

Brian returned my call the same day, which I appreciated. However, during the consultation he did not explain how he would approach my case or what he could do to help improve the outcome. When I said the retainer was not an issue and that I simply wanted more clarity, his tone became dismissive and condescending, even telling me I “sounded silly.” I understand attorneys can’t guarantee results, but professionalism and respectful communication are important, especially when someone is seeking legal guidance. Brian Howard is the best lawyer to get the job done. He helped me get a warrant cleared away, not only that he got my case dismissed with out me even having to present myself at court.He is a great lawyer! Thanks again Brian.
