This office is highly unprofessional and lacks urgency in handling crucial immigration matters. Communication is poor, and no one is assigned to your case. They failed to file a substitution of attorney, causing a significant delay. Additionally, the attorney showed up in court unprepared and uninformed, unable to properly answer the judge’s questions.
