Extremely poor professional behavior. Administrative does not communicate with other locations, will cancel appointments with no reason given. Will not due their due diligence to find accurate insurance information. When confronted about these shortcomings, they will call you hostile and difficult to work with rather than take accountability.

Couldn’t even get an appointment booked, the receptionist was absolutely awful and rude. Called once , she hung up. Called again, and you can hear it in her tone she did not want to help!
